How the desk counted Painted Hand
Tessera is an independent field guide to Painted Hand Casino, signed by a desk, not a person, and not by the casino. This page sets out how its figures were gathered and counted, and how the guide earns money.

The desk behind the name
Tessera is signed by the Tessera desk, a shared name with no individual author behind it. No personal byline appears on any page. The guide is not Painted Hand Casino, not SIGA and not any agency of the province. It takes no bets, and the site has no forms or accounts. Its pages describe the casino from the outside, one figure at a time.

Where the figures were read
Tessera checked its facts on October 14, 2026. Casino figures were read on the casino's own pages on October 10, 2026, and on SIGA's page about the casino. Rules come from Lotteries and Gaming Saskatchewan, SLGA, the Government of Saskatchewan, SIGA and Casino Regina's Game Break page.
When two casino pages give different restaurant hours, the restaurant's own page is the one used. Weekly totals are not read anywhere: the desk works them out, as the next section shows.

The sums the desk made
The weekly hours are Tessera's own sums of the published daily hours. The casino floor comes to 122 hours a week: 17 hours a day Sunday to Wednesday, 18 Thursday to Saturday. The Deli & Bar adds up to 105, the box office to 98 and Legends to 72.
One more figure is a sum. SIGA counts 241 slot machines and 9 electronic table games, which make 250 places to play, and 0 of them are live tables.

About the pictures
The guide has no characters. Its pictures are scenes generated by an image model, not photographs of the casino. Nothing in them should be read as a view of the floor, the machines or the rooms at 510 Broadway St W.

Ad links and what the browser keeps
Paid links, each tagged Ad, appear on the home page only. There are three spots: the menu button, a strip under the opening tool and a box near the end. They lead to one private online casino business, unnamed here, that pays Tessera a commission and can be replaced.
That business has no licence in Saskatchewan. Within the province, PlayNow.com is the sole legal site for online gambling, and a private site lies outside the reach of both SIGA self-exclusion and Game Break. The only thing the browser stores is the light or dark choice for the open tab.
